He is survived by: his wife Linda Millsaps; his children, Holland Millsaps, Hollie Bradburn (Jim), Jimmy, Timmy Millsaps and Tammy Tipton; his grandchildren, Asa, Edith, Creed, Millie Bradburn, Jay Tipton, Roxanne Cooper (David), Nathan Millsaps, Abby McKee (Jimmy), Samuel and Joe Millsaps; his sister Sara Lou Payne; his nephews, Stevie, Bobby and Tommy Payne; and his close friends, Mike Bradburn and Richard Lowe. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
