She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford "Pete" Parker; her parents, Andrew Payne and Lucinda Payne; her siblings, Herbert, Robert, Gary Payne, Loretta McClanahan and Elizabeth Payne; her children, Teresa Parker, Gail Millsaps and Dan Parker; her grandson Steve Yates; and her son-in-law Eugene Millsaps.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Becky Irwin of Louisville, Stephanie Sowers (Scott) of Greenback, Chaz Parker (Lori), Audra Morton, Felishia Coada and Misty Carver of Maryville; her great grandchildren, Taylor Keller (Katie), Lucas Sowers, Ryan Sowers (Cora), Lyndsay Sowers, Jonathan Hoy, Amanda McCormick, Anna Padilla and Danny Yates; and her great great grandchildren, Josiah, Noah, Isaac Keller, Ryder, Loryn, Anabella, Ella Morton, Daniel, Beau, Clay, Leila Rose, Carol Ann Parker, Austin, Erica, Draven Coada, Justin Johnson, Angela Morton and Caleb Anderson.
