With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Edward Charlton of Louisville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 10, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charlton and Mary Charlton; and his siblings, Bill, James, Robert Charlton, Pat Burns and Isabell Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Long Haynes Charlton; his children, Cindy Alloway (Bobby), LuJean Buckner (Tim), LeAnne Moore (Todd) and David Haynes (Rachel); his grandchildren, Abby Brown (Carter), Charlton Buckner (Katelyn), Eden Clamon (Cameron), Maggie Patterson (Andrew), Grace Reilly (Ian), Caroline Moore, Anna Alloway and Laurel Haynes; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Charlton and Betty Lay (Tommy). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
