She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Phillips and Gwendolyn Dale Phillips; and her sister Jan Castleberry. She is survived by: her spouse John Cloninger; her sons-in-law, Kristen, Jonathan Arnold, Wendy and Dwight Campbell; her grandchildren, Emma Arnold, Brandon Arnold, Maggie Campbell and Olivia Campbell; and her sister-in-law Karen Cloninger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
