He was predeceased by: his parents, Viron Hogg and Zola Caudill Ratliff; his wife Virginia R. Hogg; and his sister Genevieve Banks. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Newcomb; his stepdaughters, Ginger Schubert (Phil) and Karen Peters (Earl); and his granddaughter Ava Newcomb.
