He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Ammons and Virginia Pate Ammons. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold E. (Rachel Ammons II), Shawn (Sandra Ammons) and Tana Ammons; his brother-in-law Bruce Rudder; and his sister Zoe Ammons (Patricia Lukosius). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
