He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Allen and Margaret Vareece Montooth (Kizer); his son Randy Montooth; his son-in-law Tony Russell; his brothers, James Edward Montooth (Trudy Montooth) and Larry Allen Montooth; his niece Cindy Montooth; and his father-in-law Walter Lee "Bud" Henderson.
He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his wife Donna Henderson Montooth; his children, Kevin (Kelly Montooth), Matthew (Allie Henderson) and Kim; his children-in-law, Karl Ackermann and Kelli Montooth; his grandchildren, Brandon, Mallory Russell, Ashley, Michael Craig, Alli Montooth, Travis Smith, Landry Montooth and Annsley Montooth; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Cate, Callie Russell and Rylee Craig; his brother Doug (Jody Montooth); his mother-in-law Allene Henderson; his siblings-in-law, Steve Henderson, Tommy Henderson and Wishie Broussard; and his pet Jerry.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses following Wayne's very lengthy illness.
