She is survived by: her children, Darrell, Issac and Tajzia Cozart; her parents, Joey Wilson (Bonnie) and Letha Humphreys (Randy); her siblings, Brandie Henderson, Matthew Henderson (Allie) and Trevor Wilson; her grandparents, Betty Chrisman, Jerri Wilson and Henry "Junior" Purdy (Dorothy); her aunts and uncles, Ricky Purdy (Kay), Kim Galyon, Henry Purdy, Jeff Purdy, Retha Bell (Jack), Dawn Walden (Mike), Tim Tuck (Tracy), Twila Fisher and Jamie Wilson; and her nieces and nephews, Kailein and Dealin Kyker. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
