He is survived by: his wife Vickey; his brother Morris; his daughters, Lyndsey O'Brien (Sean) and Amber Carmichael (John); his grandchildren, Camille O'Brien, Jane Carmichael, Luke Carmichael and Ellie O'Brien; and his daughters, Vickey and Tom.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The First Tee of Greater Knoxville, a charitable organization that builds character in young people through the game of golf.
