He is survived by: his son Steve Watkins; his daughter-in-law Margie Watkins; his daughters, Hank Evans of Loudon, Dian Burch of Loudon, Richard Burch of Loudon, Leslie Stephens and Blake Stephens; his grandchildren, Gabe Evans, Mandy Oody, Kyndra Dile, Micki Handford, Ben Creasman, Joseph Burch, Zach Watkins, Laycon Reed, Afton Simon, Breia Franklin, Ryder Watkins, Wyatt Stephens, Evan Stephens and Lucas Stephens; his sisters, Juanita Ballard and Betty Watkins; and his niece Edwina Tinnel.
