He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Mills and Alma Dean Mills; and his brother Ray Mills. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Mills (Joe) and Harvey Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Randolph, Jason, Greg, Gettis Perkins, Johnna Wear (Nick) and Lena Perkins; his close friend Kelli Doss; and also, Kynslee and Trista. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
