She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Tullock; her parents, Henry Russell Yarnell and Mary Lee Moore Yarnell; and her siblings, Joe Yarnell, Henry Lee Yarnell, Billy Yarnell and Eula Gray Yarnell Hickey.
She is survived by: her sons, David Tullock (Cristy) of Cleveland, TN and Darrell Tullock (Edna) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Ryan Tullock (Kathy), Kaila Tullock, Holden Tullock, David Isaac Tullock, Sadie Grace Tullock and Lily Anne Tullock; and her sister Peggy Yarnell Reynolds of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
