He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Herzog and Helen Herzog; and his siblings, Richard, Gerald and Joann.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha A. Herzog; his children, Stephanie (Steven), Scott Herzog (Holly) and David A. Herzog; and his grandchildren, Kyle L. Daigle, Kevin S. Daigle, Rachel C. Herzog, Trent M. Herzog and Jessica M. Herzog.
