He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Kelch; his parents, William Kelch and Mary Kelch Lowery; and his sister Sylvia McCage. He is survived by: his sister Rose Mary Jones (Jimmy); his children, Jennifer Vaughn (Jerry), Brian Kelch (Heather) and Robert Kelch; his grandchildren, Leighann Wright (Will), Megan Rayburn, Blake Kelch, Bobbie Ann Pruett (Jake), William Kelch, Shyann Kelch, Isaac Kelch, Zachary Kelch, Madison Kelch, Leo Kelch and Emerie Kelch; and his close friend Carol Rogers. He is also survived by Papaw to his 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
