He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Partin and Maudie Partin; and his brother Jimmy Partin. He is survived by: his daughters, Karie, Tosha and Alicia Partin; his sisters, Jane Byrd and Tiffany Hartter; and his close friend Josie McNew. He is also survived by his 7 granddaughters.
