He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Conway and Ressie Irene Kerr (Rogers); his wife Lorene Kerr (Viars); his son Eddie Kerr; his granddaughter Angela Cox; his sister Irene Dills; and his daughter-in-law Leranda Kerr (Mason).
He is survived by: his wife Mabel Billingsly Kerr; his daughter Kathy Shubert; his son-in-law Jessie Shubert; his son Kenneth Wayne Kerr; his grandchildren, Charlie Hampton, Shamiah Hampton, Danny O'Neal, Christy Kerr, Shawn Bowman, Andrea Bowman and Tyler Walters; and his sisters, Iva Lee Newman, Joyce, Berry and Libby Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
