He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Houk (Cate) and Isaac Abraham Houk; and his sister Wilma Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Linda Houk (Lambert); his daughters, Karen McDaniel (Duane) and Jill Davis (Michael); his grandchildren, Zack McKelvey, Brody McKelvey, Matt McDaniel, David McDaniel, Alex Arthur and Mikayla Davis; his sisters, Shirley Powell (Billy) and Sandra Bauman (John); his stepmother Della Houk Morrison; and his brother-in-law Jerry Lambert.
