He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Homer, Vareece Montooth and Walter Lee Henderson; his uncle Larry Montooth; his cousin Cindy Montooth; and his brother-in-law Tony Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Kelli Nichols Montooth; his daughter Alli Montooth (Travis Smith); his parents, Wayne Montooth and Donna Montooth; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Kelly Montooth; his sister Kim; his brother-in-law Karl Ackermann; his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Mallory Russell, Ashley, Michael Craig, Landry Montooth and Annsley Montooth; his great-nieces, Caroline, Cate, Callie and Rylee; his grandmother Allene Henderson; his cousin Matthew Henderson; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Nichols (Stella).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the funeral home for help with funeral expenses following Randy's lengthy illness.
