He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith Smith and Ruth Smith; his sisters, Gail and Darlene; and his granddaughter Dezerea.
He is survived by: his brother Larry Smith; his children, Dustin and Crystal; and his daughter-in-law Sabryna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774).
