He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Randolph; his sons, Travis Randolph and Shane Randolph; and his sisters, Geraldine Galyon of Lebanon and Faye Clinton of Loudon.

He is survived by: his daughter Kim Brookshear of Lenoir City; his son-in-law Bruce Brookshear of Lenoir City; his grandchildren, Michah Brookshear and Tiffany Randolph White; his great grandchildren, Kobe Kennedy and Kaden White; his significant other Shirley Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Tommy Galyon of Lebanon, Blanche Randolph, Ann Randolph of Loudon and David Carlton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
