He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sivak and Anna Sivak; and his brother John Sivak (Elaine). He is survived by: his wife Annelie; his sister Casandre Siva; his son Kristoffer (Rachel); his grandchildren, Grace, Gabriel and Xander; and his sister-in-law Catrin Strange (Scott). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and great-nephews and great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Toys for Tots, an organization Paul felt strongly about and raised donations for.
