She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd Harper; her grandson Brad Dills; her parents, Fred Hughes and Arlene Hughes; her brother Fred Hughes; her brother-in-law Charles Mulvaney; and her great-nephew Sean Mulvaney.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Harper (Lee Anne), Julie Dills (Aaron) and Janet Harper; her grandchildren, Brittany Davis (Clint), Stephen Dills, Kevin Dills, Sarah Harper, Tyler Duke and Nathan Duke; her great grandchild Riley Boyd Davis; and her sister Kathleen Mulvaney. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Philadelphia Elementary and Steekee Elementary schools to be applied to the lunch balances.
