She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Blankenship and Pauline Blankenship; and her son Blake Edward Goins. She is survived by: her husband James "Ed" Goins; her children, Amber Henderson (Matthew) and Tyler Goins (Morgan); her grandchildren, Oakley Henderson, Brantley Goins and Henley Goins; and her siblings, David Blankenship (Sandy), Gary Blankenship (Angie), Terry Blankenship (Tonya) and Donna Morgan (Eddie).
