She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F. and Reecie Lee; her husband Claude R. Thompson; her son Michael Thompson; and her brothers, Wayne Lee, Johnny Lee, Charles Lee and Jimmy Lee.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Ferguson of Loudon; her siblings, Glenn Lee of Lenoir City and Martha Hatley of Lenoir City; and also, Bob Ferguson of Loudon, Sue Lee of Lenoir City and Elmer Hatley of Lenoir City. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
