He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Caldwell; and his sister Darlene Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kim Culvahouse Caldwell; his sons, Mark Anthony Caldwell, Jr. (Christina) and Joseph Caldwell (Terra); his grandchildren, Briley, Britton, Judah, Ramey and Lorelei; his mother Bernece Caldwell; his brother Rodney; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Stooksbury and Ricky Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to New Providence Church Missions.
