She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. VanWormer; her children, Lori Haner (Sloat) and Randy E. Sloat (Denise); and her grandchildren, Brittney Burke, Sydni Fox, Blaire Haner, Kathryn Moore, Andrew Sloat, Joshua Sloat and Josh Peraino. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
