He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Cross; his daughters, Debbie Brown and Joyce Cross; his parents, Lester Cross and Effie Cross; and his siblings, James Cross, David Cross, Billie Sue Thacker, Doris Cross, Geraldine Burnette and Barbara Cross.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Walker (Robert); his siblings, Jake Cross and Linda Thompson; his grandson Scooter Smith; and his great grandchild Geffrey Lee (Brenda Cross). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
