He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Raby and Ruby Raby; and his siblings, Arnold, Frankie, Austin, Alan and Geneva Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Raby; his stepchildren, Claude Evans, Lavada Wilson (Mike) and James Evans; and his siblings, Clyde Raby (Nancy), Kenneth Raby (Beverly), Eddie Raby, Jerri Maddox (Dewayne), Annette McDonald (Reece), Diane Curtis, Sharon Godfrey (Fred) and Shirley Olford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
