She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerome Wilford and Lora Belle Miles (Moore); her husbands, Don Lewis Ward and Ashley "Junior" Perryman; her daughters, Delinda Russell and Christine Matoy; and her brother Hoyt Daniel Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Ward, Gerald Wayne Ward and Crystal; her son-in-law Duane Cubberley; her grandchildren, Dustin Atkins, Stephanie Nichols (Chris), Emma and Sophia Cubberley; her great grandchildren, Landon, Levi, Jaylyn, Jason, Logan and Serenity; her brother Gene; her sister-in-law Karen Miles; and her nieces and nephews, Kim and Chris Gage.
