He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Daisy and R. L. Pass. He is survived by: his children, L. J., Ashley and Damien; his mother Alice Purdy (Astor); his sister Teresa Shaw (Jacky); his aunt Brenda McKee; his stepsisters, Christy Bivens and Pat Meyers; and his half-sister Betty (Randy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Loudon Funeral Home and Cremations for Mr. Nichols funeral expenses.
