He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kofink and Loretta Kofink; and his brother Charles Kofink of Chicago. He is survived by: his wife Faith Reisman Kofink; his sister-in-law Linda; and his friends, Bork (Steve), Ugg (Lowell) and Zork (Gerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

He participated in the Tellico Village Community Church Garage and Craft sales until the COVID shutdown.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ken's memory to a charity of your choice.
