He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John W. and Iva K. Holder. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Holder Domzal (Douglas) of Michigan; his siblings, Shannon Ehrler (Dave), Sarah Domzal (Larry Spaienza), Chelsea Rygwelski (Mike) and Christian Domzal; and his nieces, Angellena Domzal of Michigan and Olivia Domzal of Michigan.
