He is survived by: his wife Cindi Williams; his children, Kyle Mowers, Steven Mowers (Aubrey), Sarah Jopson (Justin), Sean Williams, Kelly Haak (Justin) and Amanda Jordan (Chris); the mother of his children Shelia Williams; his mother Judy Smallen; and his brother Joseph Williams. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many friends and family.
