He is survived by: his wife Jan Martin of Tellico Village; his daughter Kimberly Martin Hopkins of Nashville; his granddaughter Shariah Metzger of Cypress, CA; his nephew Randall Martin of Orange, CA; and his cousin Maria Forrest-Murray of Loleta, CA..
