He was predeceased by: his son John Paul Stevens; his parents, John W. Stevens and Lola Mae Stevens; and his brothers, Richard and Bobby Jo Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Mary F. Grimes Stevens; his daughter Gina Kelly (Sean); and his siblings, Devonna Esslinger, DeAnna Kay and Sam Stevens. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
