He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Thomas Perkins; his children, Shannon Thomas (Hayley) of Lenoir City, Deanna Perkins of Lenoir City and Crissy McCall (Brad) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Tyler, Bryson, Braylen, Abrianna, Brody, Lily and Jaxson; his siblings, Carolyn Williams (Arnold), Mary Ann Perkins and William Lester Perkins; and his nieces and nephews, Missy Jenkins (Jessie), Ashley Perkins, Brittany Williams, Bailey Williams, Josh Perkins, Brian Williams, Chris Williams, Nathan Perkins, Jessie Jenkins, Jr. and Jordan Jenkins.
