With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Joseph Plunkett of Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Plunkett; his parents, Leo Plunkett and Alice Plunkett; and his siblings, Evelin Diehl, Betty Yoder, Rita Diehl, Jim Plunkett, Jean Peters, Paul, Donald and Bobby Plunkett.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Salata (Tom) and Brian Plunkett (Tee); his siblings, Patter Harpster, Peggy Bender (Bernie) and Janet Stewart; and his granddaughters, Katie Speck and Kristi Bennett. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
