He was predeceased by: his former wife Robin Howard Markowicz; his mother Rebecca Jane McAllister; and his mother-in-law Helen Howard. He is survived by: his wife Jaime Scates Markowicz; his children, Kristen Bickerstaff (Josh), Brody Markowicz and Zane Scates; his brothers, Josh Markowicz and Joey Markowicz (Sarah); his father Johnny Price; his father-in-law Robert Howard; and his close friends, Donnie and Regenia Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
