It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Van Alstine of Loudon, Tennessee, born in Orlando, Florida, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Janet Van's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Janet Van has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George James Heckman and Dorothy Emma Heckman; and her sister Kathe Herrington. She is survived by: her sister Susan Acey; and her sons, Kevin Partin, Scott Partin and Rusty Partin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery (510 Stringtown Rd, Williamsburg, KY 40769).
