He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Wiggins (Oody); his sister Twinkle Cochman; his children, Rick Wiggins (Alisha), Kim Russell (Billy), Ted Wiggins (Lachelle), Ron Wiggins of Jimmey, Chris Wiggins (Beth), Jerome Wiggins (Tabby) and LeeAnn Wiggins (Toby); his grandchildren, Cody Wiggins, Tyler Wiggins, Kayla Russell, Brandon Russell, Becca Toney, Emily Rizzitiello, Alexis Melton, Joe Wiggins, Laura Wiggins, Brandon Shirk, Addison Wiggins, Eli Wiggins, Brantley Wiggins, Everly Wiggins, Jeremy Wiggins, Waylon Wiggins, Jaimie Wiggins, Destiny Tuck, Devin Tuck, Kyle Tuck, Trey Tuck, Jesse Russell, Reagan Russell and Clinton Russell; his cousins, Carolyn Bledsoe and Betty Jane Bright; and his close friends, James H.
