He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Murdock Green and Madeline Mae Green (Welch); and his stepmother Patricia Zenker Green. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Marie Green (Smith); his children, Paul Murdock Green (Helen) of Ocoee, FL and Denise Marie Fry of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Jordan Green, Alexandria Culp and Parker Green; his great grandchild Sheppard; his sisters, Judith Russell (Ed) of Marlton, NJ, Karen Green of Marlton, NJ and Jennifer Green of Marlton, NJ; and his stepsister Penelope McLellan of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity in honor of Jack.
