She was predeceased by: her husband Clark Cummings; her parents, L. J. Thomas and Geneva Thomas; and her brothers, Eddie Thomas and Jack Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, April Lee (Tim) and Duane Cummings (Karen); her grandchildren, Jayme Upchurch (Will), Amber Powers (David), Jennifer Arey (Jason Rooker), Amanda Jenkins (Chad), Bill Lee (Genesis Vanhoose) and Troy Lee (Deistany); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Upchurch, William Upchurch, Andrew Upchurch, Corbin Jenkins, Colby Jenkins, Zechariah Riddle, Ariston Arey, Braelin Rooker, Lena Rooker, Lila Rooker, Bentley Rooker, Steele Lee and Presley Schrimsher; and her sister Annie B. Isbell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
