He is survived by: his children, Keith Grimes and Kristina Grimes; his grandchildren, Chyanna Madisyn "Maddy" Grimes, Makinley Sky Grimes, Eva Faith Franklin and Kaden James Franklin; his sister Mary; his brother-in-law John Stevens; and his brother Teddy Eugene Grimes of Loudon.
