She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Watkins; and her parents, Raymond Hill and Della Hill. She is survived by: her son Robert Watkins; and her siblings, Raymond Lester Hill Jr. and Darlene Wilson. She is also survived by grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
