He is survived by: his wife Betty Collins Russell (Sitzlar); his sons, Terry Russell of Loudon, Roland Russell of Loudon and Vickie Russell of Loudon; his husband Willie Chance; and his siblings-in-law, Leroy Tate, Viola Johnston and Frankie Lankford. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
