He was predeceased by: his grandson Shaun Collins; and his sisters, Patrina Walker, Patricia Cowart and Brenda Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Carol Shirk; his daughters, Charity Collins (Chris) and Stephanie Glass (Terry); his grandchildren, Brandon Shirk (Katie), Samantha Hill (Cody), Cody Glass and Crey Collins; his great grandchildren, Bray and Kensley Shirk; and his siblings, Lisa Bridges (Jim) and Bill Shirk (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home for assistance with the funeral expenses.
