He was predeceased by: his parents, D. T. Sexton and Opal Sexton; and his brothers, Stephen Sexton and Dwayne Ray Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Clara "Mickey" Gump Sexton; his children, Gary Ray Sexton (Chelsea), Nicole Walters (Joe), Michelle Hensley and Jennifer Lewis (Wayne); and his sisters, Twilla Sexton and Sherry Sexton (Karma). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
