O'Neal of Loudon, Tennessee, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Tom" O'Neal and Margaret O'Neal-Failes; his former wife Teresa "Terry" O'Neal; his stepfather Francis "Tiny" Failes; his siblings, Jane Smith and Ronnie O'Neal; and his son-in-law Billy Seward.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Wendy Brown (Robert), Crystal O'Neal (Rob), Patrick O'Neal (Cricket), Leslie Poff (Jake), John O'Neal and Patricia Seward; and his siblings, Marcia O'Neal, Sally Larkin (Don), Jill Romero (Ray) and Charlie Failes (Shannon). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
