It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ridenour Howell of Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Ridenour and Eva Ridenour (Stooksbury); her husband Obert "Bud" Howell; her daughter Sharon Waller; and her siblings, Allene McClendon, Harley Ridenour, Curtis Ridenour and Robert Ridenour.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Howell; and her son-in-law Rufus "Matt" Waller. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; brothers.
