She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Holt Viltz (Jerome); and her grandchildren, Jason Ware (Anna Marie), Hillary Altaqi (Wael), Jenny Holt (Billy), Rebecca Ware (Tommy) and Garrett Evans (Jessica). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
